William "Bill" Charles Smiley, 68, died October 17, 2018 in OKC after a two-year battle with leukemia. He was born in Doyle, LA to William Clinton and Martha Lucille (Hutchison) Smiley. He was a resident of OKC since 2006, moving from Livingston, LA. He was a sheet metal worker. Preceded in death by his parents, Bill was survived by his wife, Marilyn; step-daughter, Tina Palmer of Mustang, OK; step-son, Gary Chambers of OKC; grandsons, Blake and Caleb Palmer, and Bryan Holt; 2 sisters, Martha Vaughn Davalos and husband Raphael, and Ellen Smiley Jones, all of Livingston, LA.
