WILLIAM CHARLES (BILLY) MANTHEY IV, age 42, passed away October 17, 2016 in Los Angeles where he lived since 2009 pursuing ambitions in the Food, Art, and Entertainment Industries. Billy, the son of Bill and Joyce Manthey, was born in Michigan, September 25, 1974. Billy graduated from Putnam City HS and attended The University of Oklahoma majoring in Visual Communication. Surviving family members include parents, Bill and Joyce, brother, Derrick, niece, Shelby Rashae Keown Hoffman, great niece, Riane, and many cousins, aunts & uncles whom he loved dearly. Billy was preceded in death by his older brother, John Joseph Keown. Billy had a spirit and intellect that was beyond most. He was a rare individual who touched so many lives. One of the sweetest, kindest, caring souls and could find a connection to any stranger. This argumentative, challenging spirit was in constant pursuit to: "make your life better." Billy loved skating and excelled in amateur ice hockey. Billys real love was his pursuit of art and most important the love for his family and friends in OK and CA, especially his "Fill-r-Up" job.
