William Robert (Bill) Baker of Oklahoma City was born August 9, 1930 in Maramec, OK to Bill and Petie Baker. He passed away April 3, 2014. He worked 33 years as a Professional Land Surveyor for the City of Oklahoma City and was a charter member of the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors. He was a long-time member of Crestwood Baptist Church where he served as deacon and taught Sunday School. Bill married his high school sweetheart, Minnie Lee Robinson, on May 7, 1952. He is survived by Lee of the home, Randy and Linda Baker of San Diego, Steve and Cheryl Baker of Edmond, Maria and Greg Wilson, Russel and Erin Baker, and Gina and Randy Graham of Oklahoma City. His pride and joy were his 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bill is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law and sister, Moe and Dixie Pacini. A memorial service will be held Monday, April 7, at 10 a.m. at Mercer-Adams Funeral Chapel, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany.
