Wesley Lee O'Neal went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, August 16, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sequita, parents, James LeRoy and Edith O'Neal, and brothers, Harry and Billy O'Neal. Wesley is survived by his four children: Angela Summers and husband John, Shelly Hillemeyer and husband Craig, Marta Bredy and husband Roger, and Michael O'Neal and wife Kim; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Pete O'Neal and wife Pauline, Peggy Sigmon and husband Dick, Jim O'Neal and wife Sharon, Johnny O'Neal, Mary Taylor, Terri Fletcher and Connie O'Neal. Wesley was born on June 17, 1933 in El Reno, Oklahoma. He graduated from Geary High School in 1950. Wesley married Sequita Crouch in September, 1962. He worked at Western Electric for his entire adult life until he and Sequita retired to Emet, Oklahoma. Wesley was a lifelong Oklahoma State fan, and he loved taking family to the football games in Stillwater. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved being on the lake, as well as working on his farm. Viewing will be Tuesday, August 20, from 10am-9pm at Mercer-Adams. The celebration of Wesley's life will be held at Piedmont First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 2:00pm. He will be laid to rest beside his wife, Sequita, in Yukon Cemetery.
