Wallace R. Fisher Jr., 87, Edmond, died at 12:00am, Thursday, February 22nd from complications of a stroke in Oklahoma City. Wallace R. Fisher Jr. was born June 21st, 1930, in Edmond, Oklahoma and was a lifelong area resident. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, was employed with American Fidelity Insurance, and taught a young mens Sunday School class as well as a special needs class. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Fisher, of Oklahoma City, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. W.R. Fisher and Zelma Fisher.
