Virginia Watts, 71, passed away on the 7th of October 2017 at her home in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on November 16, 1945 in Cyril, OK to Albert and Eldie (Tinsley) Wray. Virginia grew up in Cyril, OK. She graduated from Cyril High School in 1964. After high school she moved to Oklahoma City, OK and began working for Western Electric where she worked for 35 years. Virginia married Carl Watts in Oklahoma City. They shared many happy years of marriage. Virginia was a devoted Oklahoma City Thunder fan and enjoyed cheering for her boys in blue. Virginia always had a smile on her face when it came to her grandchildren who lovingly called her "The Nana." She loved her "Thelma & Louise" trips with her best friend, Linda. Virginia adored her clown of a husband, always joking that he wore more makeup than she did! Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Albert & Eldie Wray, 1 brother, Gary Wray, and granddaughter, Dezawray Allison. Virginia is survived by her spouse, Carl Watts of Oklahoma City, OK; her daughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Malone of Wray, CO; her grandchildren, Charlie (Faith Craddock) Malone of Oklahoma City, OK, Logan Malone of Wray, CO; her step-sons, Mark (Jeanie) Watts of Opelike, AL, Terry (Karen) Watts of Mustang, OK, Larry (Sandi) Watts of Dibble, OK; her sister, Joy (Bill) Marcum of Midland, TX; her brother, Charles (Ellen) Wray of Yukon, OK; sister-in-law, Fran Wray of Duncan, OK; brother-in-law, Robert (Gene) Watts of Oklahoma City, OK; step grandchild, LeaAndra Carter of Oklahoma City, OK; Her lifelong friend, Linda Dawdy; her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends she touched along the way. A memorial service will be held at Mercer Adams Funeral Home, 3925 N. Asbury Ave. Bethany, OK at 2pm Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
