Virginia Lee Knuppenburg, 86, went home to be with her Lord on September 3, 2019 in Oklahoma City. She was born December 10, 1932 in Arp, Texas to Albert and Agnes (Eades) Myers. Virginia was an active member of Faith Tabernacle Church, Oklahoma City. She loved gardening and raising vegetables. She enjoyed crocheting afghans and made one for each of her children and grandchildren. One of her favorite hobbies was fishing. Virginia was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Ruth Ann. Survivors include her husband, Herman "Herm" Knuppenburg, of the home; 6 children: Gina Luann Darrow, Cathy Lane Siler and husband David, Robin Rene Harrison, Frankie Lynn Daniel and wife Brenda, Kara Michelle Hillman and husband Garry, Katrina Kay Martin and husband Brian; step-children, Heather Teague, Eva Vloedman, and Holly Saunders; 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, James Myers; and sisters, Talyn Shrouf and Betty Woodard. Services will be Saturday, September 7, 1:00pm at Faith Tabernacle Church, 800 S. Portland Avenue, OKC with interment in Mustang Cemetery, Mustang, OK.
