Virginia Jeannette (Buchanan) Hale moved to her heavenly home February 17, 2019 at the age of 88. She was born March 27, 1930 in Locust Grove, OK to Riley and Annie (Edwards) Buchanan. She was the third of six children born to that union. Her early adult life sent her to Texas, Wyoming, Montana and back to Oklahoma. Since the 60s her home has been in the Oklahoma City/Bethany area. It was in her mid-adult life that she was able to return to school and complete her college education, while tending to her family. She had one child and one grandchild whom she adored. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Lehman, grandson, Kevin (Rebecca) Lehman, and great-granddaughter, Stevie Lehman. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings and son-in-law, Steve Lehman. At her request, there will be no public service, rather a private gathering of the family.
