Velma Rhae Pinkston went home to be with her Lord on January 25, 2012 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born May 4, 1922 in Minco, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira B. Pinkston Sr., her parents, William and Emma Engelke, and her sister and brother-in-law, Ruby and Otis Hefner. She is survived by her son and his wife, Ira B. and Alice Pinkston; brother and his wife, Raymond R. and Bonnie Engelke; grandchildren, Angela Annette Lewis and her husband Bill, Wade Daniel Pinkston, and Ira B. Pinkston III and his wife Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Joy Alyce Pinkston and Melody Grace Pinkston. Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, Minco, OK at 1:30pm on Jan. 30, 2012. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
