After graduating high school, he continued his education at The University of Oklahoma studying Psychology and Political Science graduating with a BA, with Distinction. He also attended Law school at Southern Methodist University, graduating in 1992. Timothy worked as former Managing Partner at Heinen, Dirani & Associates Law Firm P.L.L.C. October 1998 March 3, 2008
Timothy is survived by his precious children; Timothy Jr., Jacob, Zak & Tiffany, of whom he is proud and loves deeply. He is also survived by his brother; Kevin Heinen and wife Susan; sisters; Maria Smith and Linda Mann Heinen, and brothers; Jack Heinen and David Heinen, as well as many wonderful nieces & nephews. Philippians 4:8-9 Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think of these things...then the God of peace will be with you.
