Thomas Walter Duncan was born on February 26, 1951 in Oklahoma City to Kent and Betty Duncan. He passed away on March 4, 2021 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 70. Tom was a UCO graduate and attended Putnam City High School, graduating in the class of 1969. Tom married the love of his life, Pam, on February 1, 1974. The two of them shared 48 years together, raising their son, Jeffrey. Tom had the joy of retiring to live on their horse ranch in Purcell, Oklahoma. Tom retired from Putnam City School after 15 years of service. Tom had three other loves of his life, the first being golf. He was on the golf team in high school and he continued on the UCO team during his college years. Tom continued to play golf until his health did not allow him to do so. Tom volunteered with the Cavett Foundation. "A place where illness does not define the child." He spent many summers at camp with the kids. And, of course, he loved his Sooners and OU Football. Survivors of the home include his loving wife, Pam; son, Jeffrey B. Duncan; and many family and friends. Viewing will be Monday, March 8th from 3-8 PM with family present 5-7 PM at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Tuesday, March 9th at 11 AM in the chapel at Mercer-Adams. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
