Thomas Edward "Tom" Banks, 77, died June 20, 2013. He was born March 27, 1936 in Lubbock, TX to Henry and Allie (Cooke) Banks. He received his BBA from Baylor University and worked as a Transportation Broker. He was a longtime member of Northwest Baptist Church where he served as a teacher of Men's Bible Class and a greeter for 30 years. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Frank. Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Sue, of Bethany; son, Thomas Wayne "Tom" Banks and wife Becky, Cashion, OK; daughter, Lorinda Schrammel and husband David, Orlando, OK; brothers, John Banks and wife Linda, Amarillo, TX; Bob Lee Banks and wife Robbie, McKinney, TX; 9 dearly beloved grandchildren, Carson, Noah, Braxton, Riley, Duncan, Libbey and Lincoln Banks, and Gage and Allie Schrammel. Services will be Monday, June 24, 2:00pm at Northwest Baptist Church with interment in Bethany Cemetery. Memorials may be made to The M.I.N.T.O.R.
