Theresa Mary Barattieri Terrell was born on January 24, 1919 in Naples, Italy to Louis and Rosina Barattieri, the fifth of their six children. On July 12, 1941 she married Robert Louis Terrell, the love of her life, and they were married 37 years before his death in 1978. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved to make "Grandma time" special for her grandchildren. She was the favorite aunt of her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her son Robert L. Terrell, Jr. and wife Katherene, and her daughter Janet Lee Nibarger; grandsons Anthony Nibarger and wife Shannon, Robert Terrell, III and wife Joy, Jonathon Terrell and wife Heidi, and granddaughter Angela Wilson and husband Kevin; great grandsons Riley Wilson, Hudson Terrell, and Cooper Nibarger; dear friend Lee Buntin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Theresa was a devoted Catholic and was active at St. Charles Borromeo and Epiphany of the Lord churches before she moved to Sand Springs in 2003. She was a member of the Legion of Mary. The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers of The Gardens and Life's Journey Hospice for their loving care. Viewing will be from 9am to 9pm Monday, June 2, at Mercer-Adams. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, 7336 W. Britton Road with burial to follow in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
