Theodore John Nickel, 99, died April 1st, 2020 in OKC. Ted was born Nov. 22nd, 1920 in Clinton, OK to John and Elisabeth Nickel. He was a graduate of Corn Bible Academy. He served with the Flying Tigers in China during WWII. Ted was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, 5 sisters and his wife, Frontella. Survivors include 3 sons, T.J and wife Christie of Edmond, OK, Kendall and wife Jennifer of Dallas, TX, and Gerald of Yale, OK; 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Tuesday, 9am-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Private graveside service will be Wednesday, April 8 in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
