Theda Stevens died July 25, 2018, joining her beloved husband. She was born in Chillicothe, TX on March 9, 1926, to Marvin Franklin Hendrix and Eva Lena Gardner Hendrix. She married Delbert Wayman Stevens on October 6, 1945 in Ada, OK. Theda and Wayman lived in Bethany and attended Bethany First Nazarene Church. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Ann Barnes of Rome, GA, and Paul Edward Stevens and wife Dorothy of Murfreesboro, TN; beloved family friend, Sharon Gayle Williams; grandchildren, Deborah Kallisto of Emory, TX, Gregory David Barnes of Argentina, Kirsten Elizabeth Stevens King of Spring Hill, TN, and Robert Edward Stevens of Murfreesboro, TN; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Sunday, 1-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Monday, July 30, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
