Sequita Crouch ONeal went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday August 11, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Wesley ONeal, 4 children Angela Summers & husband John, Shelly Hillemeyer & husband Craig, Marta Bredy & husband Roger, Michael ONeal & wife Kim; 10 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 1 brother Joe Crouch & wife Patsy, Sister in-law Karen Crouch, many cousins, nieces, nephews & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Birl & Alice Crouch, and brother Jon Crouch. Sequita was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on January 29, 1940 to Birl & Alice Crouch. She lived her school years in Maysville, Oklahoma where she graduated from High School in 1958. She married Wesley on September 3, 1962 in Ada, Oklahoma They resided in Moore & Bethany, Oklahoma where they raised their 4 children. She retired from SWBT in 1991 after 28 yrs of service. She was currently employed by Johnston County Election Board. She was a Telephone Pioneer and past President, she was named Pioneer of the year in 1991. She was a member of Oklahoma Home & Community Education of Johnston County; she served as SE District Representative, County President & Red River Walk Brick Chairman. She was very active with the 4-H club and a judge at many County fairs. She was also involved with the OSU Extension Center and a member of the 911 Board. The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Hollen and staff for all the love and care you showed to our mother over the last 14 years. Funeral services will be held at Forest Hill Christian Church on Sat. August 14, 2010 at 10:00am Visitation will be held on Friday, August 13, from 10-9pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held in Moms honor on Saturday, August 14th in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
