Scott L. Jennings, 84, passed away April 16, 2013. He was born in Kossie, TX on Oct. 10, 1928 to Scott G. and Georgia Jennings. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and as a Police Officer for the Federal Protection Service. He was a faithful and beloved member of Jernigan Memorial Church of the Nazarene. He had a love for music and enjoyed singing solos and with the church choir. In 1958, Scott married Mary L. Barker and they shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and 2 brothers. He is survived by sons, Eric, John, Victor, Steven and Philip Jennings; sister in law, Ruth Watson; niece, Judy Snyder; nephew, Terry Watson; and many extended family members and friends. Viewing will be from 8am-9pm, Thurs., April 18 at Mercer Adams Funeral Svc., Bethany, OK. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2013 at Jernigan Memorial Church of the Nazarene, with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
