Sandra Ellen Harris, 61, died April 28, 2009. She was born June 25, 1947 in Hattiesburg, MS to George and Bertie Lee (Bishop) Tootle. She worked in Admissions & Records at OU Health Science Center for more than 10 years. She was preceded in death by her father, George Tootle, parents Bertie and Aarron Odom, brother, Gilbert Wayne Hamilton, and sisters, Barbara Ross and Anne Sparks. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie, OKC; daughters, Barbara Knight, OKC, Sheryl Parker and husband Patrick, Gulfport, MS; sons, Bill Harris and wife Sherrie, OKC, Rob Harris and wife Vickie, Marietta, GA; sister-in-law Charlene Hamilton, Baton Rouge, LA; 7 grandchildren, Lindsay, Megan, Ashley, Jenna, Alexis, Robert and Gabriel; and two great-grandchildren, Natalie and one to be born in September. Viewing will be Thursday, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Friday, May 1, 2:00 p.m. at Bethany First Baptist Church, 3800 N. Mueller, Bethany, OK 73008 where memorials may be made.
