Ruth Marie Beadles, 100 years old, went to her heavenly home on October 26, 2020. She was born December 20, 1919, in Sulphur Springs, TX, and was married to Arlon Woodrow Beadles for 66 years. They were blessed with three wonderful children, Arlon Glenn (Mary), Commerce, GA, Jimmy Don, Bethany, OK, and preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Jo, and daughter-in-law, Patricia. Mrs. Beadles was loved by her three grandchildren, Greg (Jill) Beadles, Traci (Dave) Richardson, and Adam (Dawn) Beadles and her nine great-grandchildren: Kalie, Jaret, Ella, Anna, Grant, Livy, Evie, Hudson, and James. Mrs. Beadles had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. Mrs. Beadles was a homemaker and a great asset to her husband as he farmed cotton in Slaton, TX. After moving to Oklahoma City, she cared for children in her home, including her own grandchildren, and later worked at JCPenney. She was actively involved in church throughout her life and enjoyed her ministry in the nursery. Officiating the service for Mrs. Beadles will be Rev. David Richardson, Jr. and Rev. Terry Lowder. Visitation will be Saturday from 4-6 pm. Funeral Service will be Sunday at 2:00 pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
