Royce DeWain Elliott, 83, died March 18, 2012. He was born June 10, 1928 in Bethany, OK to Roger and Maud (Ruble) Elliott. Royce attended Putnam City schools, graduating in 1946. He served in the Army and was honorably discharged in Dec. 1947. Shortly after, he met the love of his life, Neva Haley and they were married 62 years. Royce was a greeter and faithful member of Putnam City Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jimmy, he is survived by his wife, Neva; daughter, Robbie Lynn of Springdale, AR; and brother, Don of CA. Viewing will be Thursday, 9am-9pm with the family present from 3-5pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Friday, March 23, 10:00am at Putnam City Baptist Church with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
