Roy Knudslien, Jr. was born February 17th, 1934 in Harmony, MN and died on August 21st, 2014 in Bethany, OK. Two knew him as Dad, three knew him as Pawpa, and by some as Sonny or Fronk. He is predeceased by his parents, Roy and Lillian; brothers, Raymond and Dewey; and sister, Katherine. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Binnie; sisters, Betty and Deloris; daughter, Connie; son, Jeff; granddaughter, Lillian; grandson, Eugene; and great grandson, Ethan. In 1955, Roy left Harmony, MN and joined the USAF. In 1957, he met Binnie. They were married on June 7th, 1958. In 1963, Roy was honorably discharged from the USAF as an Airman 1st Class after 8 years of dedicated service in aircraft repair. He and Binnie then moved themselves and their children to Oklahoma where he worked with Binnie's dad as a painter, and eventually ended up spending 21 years at Kerr McGee as a master craftsman until he retired.
