Rosie May ONeal, 81, died July 9, 2010. She was born Aug. 23, 1928 in Ft., Cobb, OK to Napoleon Boneparte and Frances May (Christian) Robnett. She was a longtime active member of Putnam City Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard S. ONeal, son-in-law Keith Winchester, 1 brother and 4 sisters. Rosie is survived by her daughters Peggy Pitzer and husband Dennis, Cindy Winchester; son Steve ONeal and wife Karen; sister Martha Robnett; niece Donita Sims; 5 grandchildren, Nikki, Meghan, Stephanie, Kristine and Christopher; and 5 great-grandchildren, James, Alex, Lilly, Noah and Austin. Services will be Wed., July 14, 11:00am at Putnam City Baptist Church with interment in IOOF Cemetery, Norman, OK.
