On the 24th of February, 1949, a light named Roberta Ann Thorstenberg entered the world in Norman, OK. This light went eternal on February 8, 2017 according to Gods Word. She was reunited with her parents, Ralph A. and Dorothy L. Thorstenberg who preceded her in death. Others whove gone before are her husband, Fredrick Cordes, sister-in-law, Linda Thorstenberg, as well as many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Roberta was faithful to her beloved 1967 class of Norman High School and University of Oklahoma class of 1971. She never met anyone but a friend and brought a smile to their faces with her unique observations and infectious laugh. She always saw the positive side of everything except the Texas Longhorns. Perfect she wasnt but when realizing her errs an apology followed immediately accompanied with tears when warranted. The greatest thrill of her life was the day she was united with her son, Chris Cotner and his wife, Angela, and their son, Tyler and wife Nikki, and daughters, Abigail and Charlotte. Robbie is also survived by brother, Charles A. Thorstenberg; her partner, Mike Lema; nieces, Sunshine Arnold and Autumn Crawford; cousins, Mary Ann Beets, Lisa Thorstenberg, Brien Thorstenberg, Nora Singleton, Gini Herbert, and many others.
