Robert Dorris arrived in Heaven on Friday, June 16th. He was a son to Beulah and Walter Dorris. He was a husband to Jackie and Alice. He was a father to Robbie, Ruth Ann, Mike, Dickey and Kenny. He was a brother to Curtis, Roy, Harold and Roberta. He was a Pawpaw to Amanda, Robbyn, Nick, Michael, Brandon, Mitchell and Chad. He was a Great Grandpa to many Great Grandchildren. He was a special friend to Marjorie. Robert was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Bethany and lived in Bethany OK for most of his life. He was born in Lindsay, Oklahoma on December 12, 1927. He served his country proudly during World War II on occupation duty in Korea and was awarded several medals and awards for his service. Upon returning home, he began working for the U.S. Postal Service where he spent the entirety of his career.
