Richard Dean Garner was born to Grace and J.D. Garner on May 1, 1954 and passed from this life August 17, 2010. Rick was a graduate of Putnam City West and Oklahoma State University. He was a Civil Engineer at HTB, Inc., and most recently at GMR, Inc. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of St. Marks UMC. He is survived by his parents; his wife, Lorna; daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Justin Jones; son Christopher, grandchildren Mae and Paul Jones; and his brother, Gregg. A memorial service will be held at St. Marks United Methodist Church, Bethany, OK, on Friday, August 20 at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the charity of your choice in Ricks name or to St. Marks UMC, Bethany, OK.
