Richard C. Ric Albright, 56, died July 28, 2010 in Oklahoma City. He was born January 31, 1954 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Richard Charles and Mary Ruth Cooper Albright. Ric spent most of his childhood at air bases in Okinawa and Japan where he learned photography, enjoyed skin-diving and achieved a black belt in karate. In 1976, he married Myra Elizabeth Wilson. He worked many years at Kerr McGee, and then managed computer operations at Hertz and DHS and was a member of Britton Road Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Albright, and step-father, Richard Barnett. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Myra; sons Carl and Eric; mother Mary Barnett, Altus, OK; sisters, Ruth Anne Gray, Patricia Barnett-Miranda and Alice Moore, all of Altus, OK. Funeral services will be Monday, August 2, 10:30 a.m. at Britton Road Church of Christ with interment in Spring Creek Cemetery. A memorial trust fund for Richard Albright has been established at Bank of the West, 12000 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City, OK, 73120.
