Rexal Rex Wayne Neff, 85, died January 16, 2012. He was born January 16, 1927. He was very proud of his military service in the US Navy. He married Helen Thompson on April 2, 1950. He retired from American Fidelity where he worked as an insurance claims manager. He was a longtime member of Putnam City Baptist Church. Rex was preceded in death by his mother, Alberta Neff. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen; son, John; nephew, Bob Martin and wife Gloria; niece, Carolyn Gwartney and husband Harold; cousin, Ruby Nell York and other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 18, 1:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
