Rev. George M. Gustke, 92, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026.

He was born on May 28, 1933, in Parkersburg, West Virginia and was the youngest child of Freda and Walter Gustke. Growing up on the family farm in West Virginia fostered a lifelong love of gardening and WVU football.

Rev. Gustke graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, IL and was ordained in the Lutheran Ministry in 1960. He married his beloved wife, Judy Ann Gustke on January 15, 1962. They had four children, Mary Davis (Charles), Mark Gustke (Ellen), Mike Gustke (Marina), and Megan Gustke (Jonathan).

Rev. Gustke was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Judy; and four siblings, Paul, Arthur, Ruth, and Bob.

He is survived by his four children as well as four cherished grandchildren, Troy Gustke, Luke Gustke, Benjamin Davis and Elias Gustke.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 10:00am, at Lutheran Church of Our Savior. Viewing will be immediately prior to the service beginning at 9:30am.
