Reba Eileen Carden, 87, died September 19, 2013. She was born November 5, 1925 in Poteau, OK to Carl and Lena (Adams) West. She graduated from Bethany-Peniel College (SNU) with a B.A. in Home Economics. She married Robert Leo Carden, August 31, 1947. She enjoyed being a homemaker and raising her boys and grandchildren. She was a lay-pastor and a member of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene for over 40 years. Preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Robert, she is survived by her sons, Carl Robert "Bob", Charles, James and wife Anita; 2 grandchildren, William and wife Rebecca, and Jeffery; and great-grandchild, Samuel. Viewing will be Sunday, 11am-9pm, with family present from 3-5pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Monday, Sept. 23, 11:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
