Raymond Francis Barnhill, 85, passed away July 14, 2026, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on April 28, 1941, to John and Vera (Simmons) Barnhill in Davenport, Oklahoma. Raymond married Lois Alfreda and they were blessed with 50 years of marriage before her passing in 2019.

Raymond was a longtime employee of the City of Bethany. He was an avid fisherman and loved to travel and spend time with his family, especially his grandkids.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lois; son, Terry Don Barnhill; and stepson, Johnny Lee Osborn.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Sarten; son, Eddie Barnhill; stepsons, Ronnie Osborn and Michael Osborn; stepdaughter, Terry Hill; and grandchildren, Eddie Barnhill, Namon Barnhill, Sean Barnhill, Taylor Barnhill, Brock Barnhill, Harley Barnhill, Prestin Barnhill, Stephen Barnhill, Brittany Barnhill, Josh Sullivan, David Sarten, Christopher Hill, Kevin Hill and Riley Osborn; great-granddaughters, Kimberly Barnhill, Cadence Barnhill, and Adelynn Barnhill.

Viewing at Mercer-Adams is Monday, 10am-8pm. A service to celebrate Raymond's life will be held at 1:00 on Tuesday, July 21 at Mercer-Adams Chapel. Interment will follow in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
