Ramon Castillo-Gaytan, 52, died December 15, 2021 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born August 30, 1969 in Mexico City, Mexico to Isidro and Eduarda (Gaytan) Castillo. On October 20, 2015, he married Brooke Polasek in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ramon had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Frankie. Survivors include his wife, Brooke; 3 daughters, Aubree, Chloe, and Locksley; 2 brothers, Isidro Castillo and wife Juanita of Georgetown, Delaware, and Miguel Castillo and wife Cecilia of Dagsboro, Delaware; 2 sisters, Anna Castillo of Lincoln, Delaware, and Mary Castillo of Georgetown, Delaware; and mother and father-in-law, Zac and Jan Polasek; brother and sister-in-law, Seth and Jessica Polasek; sister and brother-in-law, Stefanie and Aaron Dodson; and several nieces and nephews. Viewing with family present will be Monday, December 20, 5-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 21, 10:00am at North.Church with graveside service following at 4:00pm in the Akins Cemetery, Akins, Oklahoma. .
