Phyllis Ann (Willison) Robinson passed in the arms of her Savior on the evening of Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend Otto and Georgia Willison; siblings, Ray Willison and Maxine Carlton; and granddaughter, Jamie Jones. She is survived in death by her husband, Chuck Robinson; daughter, Gina Machtolff; son, Lance Robinson; siblings, Bobbie Emmert and Rod Willison; grandchildren, Jynnae Burkey and husband Zach, Josh Jones, Gilson Machtolff and wife Sarah, Greylyn Machtolff; great grandchildren, Josi Jones, Claire Burkey and a great-grandson due in July. Phyllis was born in Chandler, Oklahoma on May 12, 1941. Phyllis and her four siblings moved several times throughout her adolescence as her father pastored many churches across Oklahoma. She attended various schools growing up and graduated from Bethany High School in 1959 where she met her high school sweetheart, Chuck. They were married January 16, 1959. They lived in Bethany when their first child, Gina, was born in September of 1961. In 1969 they were blessed with their second child, Lance. Chuck and Phyllis entered into the home building industry in 1972 where she became an interior decorator. They attended the Bethany First Nazarene Church where she was active in the choir and several mixed vocal groups. Music played a large role in her familys life. They later moved from Bethany to Edmond in 1989. She was then coined "Mum" as she became a grandmother to her five grandchildren, and great-grandmother of two. One of her greatest joys in life was spending time with all of her grandkids. Chuck and Phyllis were fortunate enough to be able to travel the world, and they then enjoyed retirement in their later years with family and friends.
