Pauline Mae (Reimers) Lagaly, 80, died June 17, 2013 in OKC. She was born May 15, 1933 in Okarche, OK to Henry O. and Minnie A. (Thiems) Reimers. She married George Lagaly May 22, 1954 in El Reno, OK. After she and George graduated from OSU, they moved to OKC where they raised a loving family for 55 years. She worked for the phone company, Sears and Putnam City West HS, where she retired. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald, her numerous brothers and sisters, and her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, George; her daughter, Michelle Hyde and husband Mike; and her son, Scott. She was an accomplished artist, author and seamstress who had won several blue ribbon awards for her works at the state fair throughout the years. The family would like to thank the staff of Crossroads Hospice for their compassionate care and would also like to thank Rebecca Shaw for her love and generosity to the family during this difficult time. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, June 21, 10:00am at St. Patrick Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please give generously to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
