Paul Allen Holderby died unexpectedly on April 13, 2020 in Norman, OK, at the age of 77. Paul was born on November 5, 1943 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Eugene and Anna Holderby. He played football with the Duncan Demons as well as graduating from Duncan High School. He was drafted into the Army during the Vietnam War. After receiving an honorable medical discharge from the Army, he married in 1965 and went on to live in Oklahoma City with his wife and children. Paul began working for Hyde Drug as a buyer and worked there for 20 years. Paul lived the last part of his life at the Norman Veterans Home, where he filled his days with bingo, poker tournaments and going to the casino. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy. Paul is survived by his daughter, Kim Garrison and her husband Jon of Oklahoma City; son, Michael Holderby of Midwest City; and grandchildren, Camie and Austin. A small private service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
