Patricia J. Urbanek, 73, died September 11, 2012. She was born March 30, 1939 in Chicago, IL to Augustus and Lillian Notter. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Urbanek, daughters, Tamara L. Henley and Laura K. Urbanek, and siblings, Butch Notter, Robert Notter, Sr., and Sandra Beltowski. She is survived by daughters, Rene Eagleson and Patricia Fullerton; son, Bill Urbanek; sisters, Elizabeth King, Dorothy Bruno, Lillian Notter; brother, Gus Notter; 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, 1:00-9:00pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be 2:00pm, Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Rose Hill Burial Park.
