Patricia Ann Payne, 69, of Bethany, OK, passed away on June 16, 2013 in OKC. She was born August 20, 1943 in Springfield, MO to Kenneth and Mary Louise (Earnhart) Dewett. She was an avid bowler. On Feb. 17, 1973, she married Charles Payne in Midwest City, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Charles; 2 daughters, Diana Lewis and husband Thomas of Bethany, Christina Black of OKC; a son, Rodney Payne and wife Pamela Sue of Moore, OK; 3 sisters, Connie Corbus and husband Richard of Miami, OK, Jeanne Holden and husband Dr. John of Ponca City, OK, and Peggy Giles and husband Wayne of Miami, OK; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Patricia was a loving wife and mother, and was especially proud of her grandkids. Viewing will be Thursday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams.
