Patricia Ann Alyea (Overturf), age 73, passed away on March 5, 2018 at her home in Yukon, OK surrounded by her family. She was born on February 13, 1945 in Oklahoma City, OK to Marvin and Wanda (Manning) Overturf. She attended OKC schools. She worked for Hagar Slacks for several years and worked for Altec Speakers until she retired. Patricia enjoyed doing ceramics, crocheting and embroidering. She married John Walter Alyea on January 2, 1978 and they were married 39 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her son, Adam Gentry; her parents; her maternal and paternal grandparents; her sister-in-law, Mary Overturf; and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Scott; her son, Brent Alyea; 2 granddaughters, Samantha Scott and Abbigayle Gentry; and daughter-in-law, Kim Gentry, all of Yukon, OK; and many very special friends. The family would like to thank Good Shepherd Hospice for the loving care they gave her. And, a very special thank you to Linda Perry for being a loving, caring friend and hairdresser to Patricia for many years.
