Orel Kenneth Hobgood, 77, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 12, 2015 in OKC. He was born May 20, 1937 in Ada, OK to John and Susie (Golightly) Hobgood. He was a loving father and grandfather and his life revolved around his family. He loved to follow his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in all their endeavors. He never missed a game or event. He was the life of the party who enjoyed hearing and singing country music. The beloved husband of Jacqueline, he enjoyed life, traveling and driving. A 32nd degree Mason and Shriner, he was blessed with a long life. Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline; parents; sister, Ruth Clark; brothers, Jack, Jerry "Sonny," and J.C. Hobgood; and granddaughter, April Hobgood Linford. Survivors include his son, Jeff Hobgood and wife Sherry, grandchildren, Kenny, Jake, Kasey and Zak; son, Keith Hobgood, grandchildren, Kristi, Keith Jr., and Kyle; daughter, Jamie Roberts and husband Grant, grandchildren, Patrick, Taelor, and Mitchell; daughter, Julie Watkins and husband Mark, grandchildren, Jade and Jack; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Margie Matthews, June Reavis, Gary Hobgood and Janet Noble.
