Olga Lorraine Zaffos died December 27, 2010. She was born December 10, 1918 in Dale, Oklahoma to William and Matilda Bryan. She married Paul Zaffos in 1946. She taught in Oklahoma City and Putnam City Schools. She was a member and past president of McDowell Club, Kappa Kappa Iota, and Phi Tau Omega, and a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. An inspiration to others, she consistently prayed for her family and friends and shared her love for God. Preceded in death by her husband and granddaughter Sarah, she is survived by sons Bill Zaffos and wife Pam, John Zaffos; daughters Pam Ingram and husband Stephen, Deidre Downham and husband Steve; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The family will receive visitors Wednesday from 6:00-9:00PM at Mercer Adams. Services will be Thursday, December 30, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Putnam City Baptist Church.
