Norma Faye Pemberton, 95, passed away on January 19, 2026 in Mustang, OK. She was born September 16, 1930 in Marshall, AR to Frank and Cora (Cotton) Knowles. She attended Marshall High School and married J.C. Pemberton soon after. Norma and J.C. enjoyed 57 years of marriage before his death in 2006.

Norma was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed painting and photography. She loved golf and was able to continue the sport until she was in her late 80's. She was also a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Bethany.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Pemberton; infant son, Jimmy Joe Pemberton; son, Rodney Pemberton; grandson, Travis Pemberton; granddaughter, Jill Pemberton, sisters, Hazel Owens, Evelyn Thompson, Wilma Reade and Irene Watts; brothers, Roy Knowles and Jim Knowles; and special friend, Joe Carpenter.

She is survived by her son, Roy Pemberton and wife, Connie; and grandchildren, Derrick Pemberton, Trevor Pemberton and Jesse Boyd.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 21 at Mercer-Adams Chapel in Bethany, OK.
