Neva Radene Elliott, 81, died August 17, 2013 in Springdale, AR. She was born September 1, 1931 in Lunenburg, Arkansas, the daughter of Alvie and Fannie Mae (Delling) Haley. She retired from J.C. Penney as a sales auditor. Neva was preceded in death by her husband, Royce and brothers, Jay and Jerry Haley. She is survived by her daughter, Robbie Elliott; brothers, Charles and Delbert Haley; sisters, Maxine Fort, Leota Briney, Nova Elliott and Glenda McBroom. Viewing will be Wednesday, 8am-9pm, with the family present from 4-6pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 10:00am at Putnam City Baptist Church with interment following in Bethany Cemetery.
