Nancy Ann Phelps, 61, of Bethany, OK, passed away the evening of March 20. Nancy was born July 25, 1947, to James Phelps and Mary Phelps Funderburg in Amarillo, TX. Nancy attended the first class of Dale Rogers Training Center from 1953 to 1976 and was involved in Sunday School at Southern Hills Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, OK. Due to Nancys special needs, many Oklahoma children have been provided the care needed for developmentally disabled children. Preceded in death by her Stepfather Lon Funderburg, her brother George Funderburg, and grandparents Otto and Ellen Scheller, and special aunts. Nancy is survived by her Mother Mary Funderburg and numerous uncles and cousins. Viewing will be Sunday March 22, 2pm-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 24, 1:00pm at Frederick Memorial Cemetery in Frederick, OK.
