Nancy Mildred Lock was born July 11, 1931 in Watts, OK to Titus Clarence and Nancy Mildred (White) Chinn. She passed away January 15, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. Nancy graduated from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR, with a degree in Music. She taught music for a year in the Eureka Springs, AR, schools. She married Charles T. Lock on June 13, 1956. Nancy was a teller at Guaranty Bank and Trust for ten years. She was an Office Manager and bookkeeper at American Vending. She was a former member of the Red Hat Society. She attended Council Road Baptist Church and was a founding member of the First Church of the T.A. (Truck Stop) at I-40 and Council Road where she served for 13 years before moving Owasso, OK Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles T. Lock. She is survived by sons, Charles and wife Neisa Lock, Richard and wife Beth Lock, John D. and wife Sonda Lock, Douglas and wife Lerene Lock; brother, Alvin and wife Sharron Chinn; grandchildren, Jonathan, Michelle and husband, Justin, Casey and husband, Jeff, Chad and wife, Sarah, Austin and wife, Saina, Reuben, Aubree and Averi, Keith Hall, Matthew Hall and Dustin Hall; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Peyton, Ciara, Piper and Tess. Memorials may be made to the Truck Stop Ministry C/O Council Road Baptist Church. Viewing will be Wednesday, January 20 at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service from noon-9pm. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Mercer-Adams Chapel, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany, OK with interment to follow in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
