Micheal Ray Smart, 71, passed away February 15, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born February 9, 1952 in Duncan, OK to Kenneth and Charlene (Careathers) Smart. Mike retired from Pioneer Pies after 41 years of service and was known as "Mr. Pioneer Pies." He enjoyed meeting for breakfast regularly with a group of friends he had known since first grade. Mike was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Linda Morris; daughter, Cassie (Michael) Eccard; son, Jeremy (April) Smart; stepson, Clint (Megan) Morris; stepdaughter, Khara Tapley; sisters, Debbie (Alan) Brown and Laura Smart Anderson Jones; brother, Steve (Debbie) Smart; grandchildren, Chase, Chandler, Camryn, Dillon, Kaylee, Logan, Kason, Thomas and Jeffery; and many nieces and nephews. Viewing at Mercer-Adams will be Friday 1-8pm with family present from 6-8pm. Services will be at 11:00am, Saturday, February 18 at Mercer-Adams Chapel. .
