Michael DraytonGibbes died unexpectedly in St. FrancisHospital in Tulsa, OK on Sunday, May 30, 2021,at the age of 58. Michael is survived by his significant other,Twolla L. Gibbes of Chandler, OK; hisdaughter, Victoria Hope Gibbes of OklahomaCity; his father, Charles Drayton Gibbes ofSurrey Hills, Oklahoma; his brother, StephenKieth Gibbes; a nephew, Phillip Drayton Gibbes(Sport); and niece, Breanna Drayel Gibbes. Hewas preceded in death by his mother, KatherynEloise Walker Gibbes (Ellie) of Oklahoma City, OK. Michael was born on Jan. 12, 1963 at EmoryUniversity in Atlanta Georgia, to Draytonand Eloise Gibbes. Michael was a Televisionand Radio Commercial Talent and wasconsidered to be among the best in theindustry! He began working for AshleyHome Store in 2018, and was consistentlyamong the top salesmen within thecompany , winning numerous awards for hisaccomplishments. Michael enjoyed singing and had a passionfor music of all kinds ~ but especiallyChristian and Gospel music. He also was ahuge OU Football Fan!
