Merle Mauck, (94 years old) of Oklahoma City, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019. He was born May 30, 1924 in Columbus, Ohio to Arles & Mima Mauck. Both parents and a brother, Arles, preceded him in death. He served in WWII and was a retired Engineer Technician at FAA and was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Jerry; daughter, Susan Russell and husband Roy of Hutchinson, KS; son, Kent and wife Marsha of Oklahoma City; 6 grandchildren, Kerri McGreal and husband Steve of KC, Gina Jackson and husband Peter of VA, Mitchell Nanney of Topeka & Ava Owen and husband Nick of Salina, KS, Arles Mauck and wife RaShel & Allie Mauck of Vancouver, WA; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins in Ohio. Viewing will be Friday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service, 3925 N. Asbury Ave., Bethany, OK. Services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10:00am at Messiah Lutheran Church, 3600 N.W. Expressway, OKC, with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 8701 N.W. Expressway.
