Melinda Fay Smith, 58, died September 8, 2016 in OKC. She was born September 4, 1958 in OKC to James and Lawanda (Herrin) Wire. She graduated from Yukon High School in 1976. She married Keith Brian Smith on August 10, 1983 in OKC. A former employee at Seagate, she operated a Day Care in her home for the love of children. She was the PTA President at Western Oaks Elementary. Melinda is survived by her parents; her loving husband of 33 years, Keith; twin children, Chase and Ashley; brothers, Jeff Wire, Jimmy Wire and wife Ruth; and 2 granddaughters, Chloe and Aria Morel.
