Melinda Ann Camp, 71, passed away December 15, 2023 in Oklahoma City. She was born June 25, 1952 in Ada, Oklahoma to J.C and Pauline Melton. She married Raymond Camp on December 17, 1970 and together they had three children: Bryan, Jay and Amanda.

Melinda worked for Southwestern Bell where she retired after 25 years of service. She was devoted to her church family at Tulakes Baptist Church and loved her family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and attended many of their activities. She was their biggest fan.

Melinda loved the Lord. She was a Christian woman who was strong in her faith. She said, "If Jesus takes a hold of my hand, I'm ready to go with Him."

Melinda was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Bryan Camp. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Raymond; children, Jay (Kimberly) Camp of Yukon, OK and Amanda (Houston) Tracy of Dibble, OK; grandchildren, Abby Camp, William Camp, Ayden Brewer and Asa Camp; and sister, Betty (Paul) Roan.

Viewing at Mercer-Adams will be Thursday from 9am-8pm. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, December 22 at Tulakes Baptist Church.
