Obituary

Maxine Ruth Littrell, 92, died March 12, 2010, in Yukon, OK. She was born February 25, 1918, in Marlow, OK, the daughter of Marcus Earl and Lula Madge (Anthony) Bennight. She was a former employee of Sears and she and her husband, Gill, were co-owners of several Sirloin Stockade franchises in Oklahoma. She loved to dance and liked country music. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Gilbert Littrell; brothers Orville and Bill Bennight; and sisters Earline Thomas and Betty Anderson. Survivors include her daughter, Gloria Straka of OKC; granddaughter Krista Costilow and husband David, Austin, TX; grandson Jeff Straka, OKC; great-grandchildren Claire and Chloe Costilow, both of Austin, TX; special niece Sandi Wagner and special friend Jim Brewer. Maxine was a wonderful mother and grandmother that will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank the staff at Ranchwood Nursing Center and Russell Murray Hospice for their considerate care. Funeral services will be held 10am Monday, March 15, 2010, at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel with entombment following in the Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
