In honor of our beloved wife, Mother, Mother-in-law and Mimi, Mary L. Stevens, 86, who died July 14, 2011 after a 5 year battle with cancer and respiratory illness. She was born May 31, 1925 in Kansas City, Missouri. Mary was a homemaker, longtime member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and resident of Warr Acres for over 50 years. She was married to Earl E. Stevens in Independence, KS on December 8, 1944. They belonged to the Buttons & Bows Square Dance Club, loved traveling and especially camping at Roaring River State Park, Missouri. Mary was a Girl Scout leader and enjoyed volunteering at church and school. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and had great fun at the local casinos. Mary is survived by husband Earl of the home, and 3 children and spouses: Greg & Donna Stevens, Sandy & Mike Stoll, and Cherie & Bill Forester. Mimi is also survived by grandchildren and spouses: Amme & Chris Wielert, Jeran & Maria Stevens, Meghan & Jared Christie, Blake Forester, Sarah & Ryan Ford, Cameron Forester, and Adam & Taylor Forester; along with 4 great-grandchildren: Jonathan & Sophia Stevens, Ryder Christie, and Carson Ford. She is also survived by sister Millie Dulohery and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph & Blanche Dulohery, brothers Joe & Eddie Dulohery and sister Margaret Wright. We will miss your wit, love, laughter and smile Mimi. Poo-pah! A Rosary Memorial service will be held Monday, July 18, 2011, at 7:00 PM at Mercer Adams Funeral Service, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany, OK. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at 10:00 AM at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 5024 N. Grove, Oklahoma City, OK.
